• Home delivery in Metropolitan France with: Colissimo or GLS
• Delivery to relay point: Mondial Relay
• Home delivery in the European Union with: Colissimo Europe

Promotional operations aimed at offering free shipping will only apply to deliveries to Metropolitan France for a Mondial Relay or Colissimo type service.

Delivery times

Delivery is made after the order has been created. The delivery time within the EEC may not exceed 14 working days, except in cases of force majeure. The delivery times generally observed (for information purposes) are:

Metropolitan France:

• Colissimo: 3-7 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Mondial Relay: 7-10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• European Union: Colissimo Europe: approximately 10-15 working days

The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 days to cancel his order after receipt of it for all orders that are not “custom-made”.
